Comdaport is an independent electronic music producer hailing from Bergen, Norway. While Comdaport began releasing music publicly under the Comdaport name in 2019, his musical journey started much earlier as a long-standing personal hobby. He defines his musical output as “Electronic Soundscapes,” aiming to craft immersive “melodic journeys with surprising discoveries and carefully sculpted sounds” for the listener.
His sound palette draws from a diverse range of electronic styles but can be gathered up to what he would call Nordic IDM.
Prior to his work as Comdaport, Vinje was also known by the alias Twinspeaker. Under this name, he collaborated with the producer Cemento, contributing to the “Speaker Expanded Mix” of ‘Trolls Reise’ on Cemento’s Fryktfulle Fabler EP, released on the Norwegian techno label Ploink in 2017.
Since formally launching the Comdaport project, Vinje has been notably , releasing a consistent stream of albums, EPs, and singles. His album discography includes titles like Akatri (2019), Amburto (2019), Quda (2020), Preses (2021), Kullör (2023), and Kullör II (2025).
He also contributed the track ‘Cryster’ to Ploink’s Affinity II compilation in 2021.
